This is in Graz, Austria (Arnold Schwarzenegger’s home town)Graz was the European Cultural Capital in 2005 or 6 and this was among several projects built to celebrate the appointment.

Graz was in 2003 the European Cultural Capital not 2k5 or 2k6.

I was in Graz when it was the cultural capitol in 2003. This was an incredible sight… as was the “Kunst Haus”, an art house that was still a work in progress. Spent about 3 weeks in Graz. Amazing City.

if you go there, you have to go to the restroom…its exactly in the centre and there are mirrors everywhere…extremely confusing and hard to find the exit
