Nice building (maybe), but definitely on the wrong street. You can get a sense of the scale of the streetscape even in this photo and the Grappa Restaurant is pretty typical.
The building is really beautiful, I love the chunky add-on appearance and the suggestive, not-so-private privacy screens. I’d love to see more of it, do more pics exist, I wonder.

Seems nice, but I have to wonder… If it’s on what appears to be a busier street, how noisy will it be with those large glass walls?

Beautiful when it was N-Blox, but a new developer (Brad J Lamb, ahem) got wind of the project and changed the scale completely…
