20×200 is art for everyone
20×200 is an interesting concept for buying contemporary art. The website introduces two new pieces a week: one photo and one work on paper. Each piece is offered in three limited edition sizes:
200 small prints at $20
20 medium prints at $200
2 large prints at $2000 (usually)
20×200 was created by Jen Bekman who has had a small gallery on Manhattan’s Lower East Side for the past five years. She’s a big believer in the idea that everyone needs art. Their motto is “large editions + low prices × the internet = art for everyone”
I’m liking this print called “Dutch Club, Anaheim, California” by Brad Moore. I just might have to buy one…..or 20….or 200.
