Interior Inspiration from Belsize Architects

Cannon Place is a completed project from the London based Belsize Architects.

Text from Belsize Architects:

The property, located on a narrow street close to Hampstead Village and the Heath, was comprised originally of three flats.

The client was, from the outset, interested in an uncompromising contemporary design. His brief was to make the house into a modern home, full of light and to ensure that there was a “ wow” factor.

Shed complete a new home for Freud

Thanks to David from Shed Design for sending us these photos and info.

From Shed Design:

Interior Architecture & Design studio Shed was appointed to master plan and design the new 33.000sqf central London headquarters for PR leaders Freud Communications.

The new £2M HQ on nearby Newman St. provides modern, practical and creative workspaces. Visitors are greeted by a large vibrant reception desk with media projector leading through into a contemporary lounge bar area in which clients and staff can meet and work. On each office floor a central gold ‘All in One’ bespoke unit snakes around existing building structure giving office staff combined breakout and meeting space with easily accessible storage facilities.

A basement suite of abstract ‘War Rooms’, for the unexpected pitch opportunity and secluded private meetings is the last project installation. In addition a cinema style auditorium for formal company presentations and visual showcasing all combine in giving flexibility to Freud Communications working approach.

Tangysweet in Washington, DC

KUBE Architecture designed this vibrant interior for the recently opened Tangysweet frozen yogurt store in Washington, DC.

From KUBE Architecture:

Tangy Sweet’s cutting edge design utilizes sustainable materials and energy-efficient LED lighting to bring to life this yogurt shop located in the busy Dupont Circle area of Washington DC. Custom designed light tables  glow with color changing lights which introduce the fresh colors and flavors of the yogurt and fruit toppings. A ceiling of “woven light” creates a sense of openness and interaction in the main space, while the more intimate “yogurt lounge” provides an area for quiet conversation and retreat.
