The citizenM Hotel at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport
Since we posted about the Qbic low-cost design hotel earlier today, it would only be fair if we also mention another low-cost design hotel in Amsterdam. The citizenM Hotel opened just a few weeks ago, and is located at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport. Like Qbic, the citizenM Hotel concept is about providing guests with great contemporary interiors at budget prices. These hotels generally save on costs by having self check-in touch screen terminals and small rooms. Also like Qbic, citizenM has plans for locations all across Europe, and coincidentally already has a second location under construction in Amsterdam’s World Trade Centre district, which also just happens to be where the first Qbic hotel is located. It will be entertaining to watch this rivalry unfold across Europe over the next few years.

am looking for a nice,inexpensive place that is close to Schipol airport so I can catch my flight easily since I only have 2 days stopover in Amsterdam before flying to Milan…this hotel looks very interesting! Am very tempted to book online already!
