A nice bit of infill. I especially like how the cafe on the corner makes the area so vibrant.

The design is just standard 3 floor building with concrete “rounded corner’s squares” stack on front.
Whatever modern you want it to be, but the architect has forgotten to include the surroundings to the design.
This “POD” apartment does not match the feel of Chippendale. It actually is making the point that designers do not care about neighbouring apartments, houses or character.
Nah. Scrap and redo.
