Having been there, the cost of doing something like this isn’t cheap though it does look a bit poorly constructed.

One thing that isn’t cheap are the prices for the yogurt they sell. Guess you gotta pay for expensive interiors somehow.

Sterile maybe, but I wouldn’t say cheap.

If they were being cheap, they wouldn’t have hired architects at all. Custom made lighting isn’t cheap.

Don’t confuse simple with cheap.
