The Pastille armchair & footstool from Leolux
Pastille is a footstool that also converts to an armchair. It was designed by Frans Schrofer in 2007 for the Dutch furniture manufacturer Leolux. We first learned about Pastille when it was displayed at the 2008 International Furniture Fair in Cologne, as well as this years Salone del Mobile in Milan, but we’ve since learned that it had previously gained some attention by winning a 2008 North Sea Pearl award.

They should make a version without wheels, I like it, but wouldn’t want to roll around.

The rolling castors are locking. I think it just adds a contemporary functional look. We offer the pastille in our Entertainment Luxury line because it is multifunctional and great to relax and surf the net while sitting in your game room.
