House Plans from High Modern Homes
It’s amazing how small the selection of modern house plans is, go searching for house plans online, and you’ll quickly get lost in a world of fake historical architecture. For some reason, there are very few companies producing modern house plans, so it’s always good to see those who are. One company doing just that is High Modern Homes from architect Thomas P. Mont Alto.

http://www.freegreen.com offers some modern-inspired high efficiency house plans for download, completely free of charge.
Not quite as ‘pure’ modern as these though, nice find!

Also, all those houses are enormous! Even the smallest one is over 2000sqft and includes a ridiculous amount of space for a 2 bedroom home (a fitness room!)
One of the appeals of modernism for me is that space is used efficiently and small spaces made to feel large.
Although the current trend in the US is for larger homes (and that may be what most custom-builders want), I’d love to see smaller, more efficient plans.
