The designer, Paul Johnston, also happens to be a real estate agent, and is now offering the homes for sale. Visit his website - here.

a friend took me to see the open house - i expected the places to be quite cold, and really SLICK. Totally surprising that, in fact, that the house is remarkably comfortable, the room sizes are awesome and the house actually feels cozy. Few designers - and i guess Paul Johnston is one - seem to know how to combine the comforts of living with modern design.
really awesome house. wish it was mine.
