cute, but omg, that shower is way too close to the wall!

PB always makes a attractive, very well thought out home. Mmmm, radiant, concrete flooring. Now that’s a nice touch.

Nice enuf, but those handrailings in the stair wells are clumsy.

Very nice building in isolation, but there has been quite a bit of complaints around Seattle about these townhouses with large footprints taking over single family neighborhoods. This one isn’t that bad at all, especially compared to the crap that is usually squeezed into a lot. Seattle is becoming denser and now it’s a question of doing it right. For us modernists, this is a step in the right direction.
alexandre, I don’t think that shower head is the rain type you think it is. If it’s a standard sprayer, it’s fine where it is.

Call me a classless Cretin…but where do I park?
(the SoCal in me needs to know)
I’m also curious if they’re wanting me to pay mid-6/lo-7 figure money to share a wall with four other people?
Otherwise it’s very nice.

Dr. Vegas
Parking is in the the middle of the units in an auto court. You can see the entrance between the two buildings in one of the pictures. Asking price is $419k.

419K is good…and as I said-it’s quite the looker.
