		<description>Very nice building in isolation, but there has been quite a bit of complaints around Seattle about these townhouses with large footprints taking over single family neighborhoods. This one isn&#039;t that bad at all, especially compared to the crap that is usually squeezed into a lot. Seattle is becoming denser and now it&#039;s a question of doing it right. For us modernists, this is a step in the right direction.

alexandre, I don&#039;t think that shower head is the rain type you think it is. If it&#039;s a standard sprayer, it&#039;s fine where it is.</description>
