The glass seems like it was leftover from an industrial building project (in a bad way) - too much wasted space for me. Curious as to how many high-efficiency HVAC units were required to cool the new glass space in a desert climate. It's hard to tell from the pictures, but it looks to be single pane glass. A lot of nice "green" features, but energy conservation cannot be one of them. Overall though, a lovely project. Cheers! Nice clean lines and details. I'd prefer if the verandahs and eaves were used. Also what is with the way architects describe their projects.
