To ade, if they used permeable pavement on the footpaths and lesser traveled streets, there shouldn’t be an issue. I do wonder how they’ll handle all the waste though.

if the idea is “green then the ground floor should not be covered by …concrete, pavement or something? i wonder how does the water absorbtion in the ground level.
