What are you talking about “ridiculous” its a fantastic design allowing felines their ability to harmonize within the house. Its a wonderful luxury for them.

@ A: it’s just plywood. The bottom side might be finished for a nice look but can’t tell. You’re seeing the dining room table and I assume your mind is thinking same color, same finish. I have a small version of this in my office for my cats, including steps. Cats have claws, not a problem.

Very poorly picked surfaces. Cat’s don’t have a natural “knack” for navigating on slippery polished surfaces (as any cat owner with a hardwood floor can observe when the feline takes a sharp turn on a fast run). The idea itself is great and my cat would possibly love it, yet I’d at the very least opt for non-slip surfaces for the setup. As I would advise to anyone thinking of a similar ‘catwalk’.

I don’t see anything ridiculous about this at all. I happen to live in a community of 120 units and at least 1/2 the units have cats. They would love this!! The cats are up high as they prefer to be and they are not sitting on the dining room table anymore! Love it.

Well, I dont think it’s rediculous at all!
For every cat lover who is interested in ones cats needs and design this is perfect and the best design I’ve seen so far.
I’d love to see more ideas for cat furniture, which is beautiful and liked by cats.

all cats should (and would love to)live in a house like this.

mind you…don’t most cats normally love to sleep for 23 hours each day? just a thought!

maybe it’s a sort of gym for fat cats (not the male banking kind).

you can get all your house furry and its not practical to have the platform accrosing the dining table .. you can get a fur soup in your dinner…
