What is the exterior of the home? The copper color looks to be metal of some sort – it’s stunning!

Feels a little like an office building in the living space. Why such harsh lighting? Doesn’t feel good to me. sorry.

The reason it “feels a little like an office building” is because it’s not furnished like it would be if it were someone’s home. The house is for sale, and it’s obviously been sparsely furnished so that it at least has some furniture in there.
It’s called staging. Go here to learn about home staging:

If this was someone’s home, it would have more furniture in it, and as a result, would feel less like an office building.

Looks really clean whether it is staging or not. Feels liks a hospital..

@john
we know what ‘staging’ is and its not the furniture (or lack of it)… its the strips of florescent lights in the ceiling and the shiny floor that reminds me of an office building, lobby or hospital area.

good “staging” should make a home inviting and appealing to wide range of tastes. a prospective buyer should be able to envision him/herself living there. i agree with the rest, while the exterior is gorgeous, the interior looks cold and sterile.
