If you note on the 4th pictures there are several holes in it to drain the water. they are hiddeen in the grid lines.

I loved the seat design. The green frame version looks like a chair I made some years ago.</description>

Here&#039;s an idea, make them out of the semipermeable concrete that allows the water to run right through it.</description>
