UNBELIEVABLE!!! This is definitely something I could see myself in someday.

Ms. Levenstein is incredibly admirable. She has totally absorbed the ideology of the “deluxe modernists” like Paul Laszlo while integrating the really practical mechanisms for erasing indoor-outdoor boundaries that are only really possible in Southern California. Neither is she tautological in her interpretations nor afraid of infusing a liberal dose of sex (which is what the Swish Alps are all about after all).
Mind you, this is amongst her early efforts. It is a pity that this house has come on the market at a bad moment because she deserves ample success. Kudos for a project that is perfectly fit to its place physically, socially, and desirably.
