Dear "all",
thanks for the interest in Planit, design prefab house.
The gutters are hidden behind the wall coverings panels, that are made of vacuum impregnated pine wood laths.

Does anyone know what type of siding that is on this project? It looks like wood, but is likely a composite. Its pretty cool looking.

I think the reason for the lack of a normal roof with overhanging eaves is because it's a modular prefab house.

It's probably difficult to be modular, and provide overhanging eaves.

As far as sqare&boxy architecture goes, it's a rather pretty example, but I wouldn't mind seeing more 'proper' roofs... It's all too much 40 foot container, admittedly spectacular, but not something I would call a 'home'. This one has some nice details, but wouldn't knock me off my feet...

I like it except for the complete lack of eaves, wouldn't work in Australia as you need the eaves to maintain temperatures throughout the year

I'm in love with it from far away, but when I saw the close-up pictures, not so much. But the interior is pretty amazing!
