Why would one ever leave this house? I know I wouldn’t.

Some overpaid exec who lost their job, some fickle star who made a few more million and wants to blow it on a bigger house, speculators… Who know, but talk about a great house! The staging is superior as well. It’s nice, but if you can afford this house, you’re not putting this stuff in your house. I like the warm tones though, something sorely missing in a lot of modern homes. I’d pony up if I could afford it and the taxes, insurance, etc.

I would not leave that lounge room! Although I would feel like I might topple down the hill at any moment. Love it all!

I think the minimalist design adds to the rich taste and makes the complete package more attractive. Excellent work done by Luis Ortega Design Studio. I wish agent Greg Moesser all the luck and hope he gets a killer deal for the estate.

I want to live, sleep, eat, dream and die in this house. I also want to work out the Rubiks cube.
