Chairs are such an interesting topic in design because they tend more toward organic shapes to fit the organic shapes of the human body. As some have commented this might not be the most practical of chair concepts. However, I'd love to see the shingles applied to other organic designs. OR, maybe the way the chips on the seat just need to be another material that would allow the chair to be more functional. Very creative and innovative design.
