The Wolfback Ridge FlatPak House
Prefab house fans should be very familiar with the FlatPak homes that have received much media attention over the past few years. The homes, designed by architect Charlie Lazor, have been featured in architecture and design magazines all over the world.
A recently completed FlatPak house is located in Sausalito, California, just over the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco. The 4,200 square foot, 5 bedroom residence will likely make all the other FlatPak home owners jealous of its amazine views over the San Francisco Bay area.
The home is currently being offered for sale through the Dupont Group – here.

Beautiful home. Amazing location with an amazing design. Is this a prefab? I know the Flatpak homes are but a 4,200 square foot, 5 bedroom prefab is incredible!

the views out the windows make me homesick. I live somewhere else now, and I hate it here, and wish that we could come back to the bay area…

Now this is my kind of place. Simple, comfortable, great views!
This is awesome. The combination of wood, metal and glass combined with a simple form really floats my boat.

lovely but would it be available in a smaller size? perhaps less than 2k sq. ft… less wasteful, more modern=beautiful.

I’m pretty sure that coveting your neighbor’s home is wrong, but geez, wow.
