Okto Villa by Touzet Studio
Touzet Studio have designed the recently completed Okto Villa, located on a private island in Miami Beach, Florida, overlooking Biscayne Bay.
The waterfront home features a combined total of 20,000 square feet, spread over three buildings. A 16,000 sq ft two-story main house with 6 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, a 2000 sq ft cabana/guest house with 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, and a 2000 sq ft staff/maid’s quarters with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with service kitchen.

It’s nice to see someone actually build modern contemporary architecture in Florida. For some reason, this state is full of fake spanish revival/colonial houses.

For some reason Vito? Perhaps it has something to do with Juan Ponce de Leon discovering Florida.
But I agree with you though. It’s very nice to see incredible modern architecture in Miami that isn’t a condo. Especially when it’s such a stunning example like this. Again, white doesn’t always have to be cold and stark and the staircase is so dramatic and simple at the same time. Love it.
