Perhaps it has something to do with Juan Ponce de Leon discovering Florida. :) But I agree with you though. It's very nice to see incredible modern architecture in Miami that isn't a condo. Especially when it's such a stunning example like this. Again, white doesn't always have to be cold and stark and the staircase is so dramatic and simple at the same time. Love it.
