The Scream Chair by Bannavis Andrew Sribyatta of PIE Studio
Bannavis Andrew Sribyatta of PIE Studio has designed the Scream chair.
Constructed with stainless steel frame and hand woven natural aluminum strands.
Scream chair can be made of recyclable and recycled aluminum. The inspiration derives from a screaming mouth exposing the Uvula. The Uvula moves down and touches the floor as one sits on the chair.

NICE. you should drop a lighting system in the undergrowth portion.

A lighting system on a chair? That’s kind of tacky.

It’s very “Deep Space Nice/STTNG”. Which is a compliment, but it binds it to a certain sci-fi feeling.
I can definitely appreciate the form and the amoun t of work that goes into it for sure.

I’d be afraid of crushing my pet under that sinking Uvula.

I don’t think I have seen a chair look so masculine and feminine at the same time…
