The furnishings and art really rained on the architecture's parade. Much worse than a C-....sad sad story. Good thing that can be fixed!

I can't help but think that it looks almost corporate in some of these photos. I have to agree with a lot of the other comments -- there is so much seating! it's almost silly. It's a huge house, granted. But the one photograph with the seating area beneath a mirror in a nook right before a hallway reminds me of a waiting area outside an office!

I love, however, the nature light, the high ceilings and large windows, and most of all I love the wood accents inside, and the fact that it reminds me of an Eames outside. But too big!

As an additional note to my previous, I love natural light and am all for floor to ceiling windows but there are points in the house that seem way too bright. I wouldn't want to wear sunglasses in my house but would feel it necessary.

I really love this design. Its clean and linear but comfortable looking. It has a lived in feel and part of me loves how much random sitting space there is but the other part of me screams that it could be space better used ... for what I'm not sure, but how many couches do you need really? The only furnishings I really don't like is that massive sectional in the sitting room/living room. Its overstuffed cushions seem out of place in comparison to everything else that is more sophisticated and linear. Overall though, I'd definitely live there.

Surely noone needs that many places to sit? I think the house and interiors are gorgeous, but i can't help feeling like it's just too big. There are too many rooms with no proper function.

pics are ruined by obviously fake skies.

I'm at lost to say why this house does nothing for me. Probably the exposed framework it cheapens it somewhat. Can't put my finger on it, but something just isn't right for me

I love the design of it and the natural light. The pool itself is gorgeous with the raised walls, but I just think the hot tub is amidst too much cement. It looks like the architect got lazy there. Other than that this is a great home.

Fabulous bones, site plan and detail. I love the work of the architect. I could see myself living there. Problem is though, I'd have to cleanse it of all of those furnishings! One big garage sale in West LA!

It kind of doesn't feel as fresh. It feels like a home from the 60-70's in some ways.

Oh more than half of the homes in these articles are staged to sell. It's getting rarer to see an expensive home that's actually lived in and enjoyed.
