Contemporary Renovation of the Pasinetti House
The Pasinetti house in Beverly Hills, California was originally designed by the famous Mid-Century architect Haralamb Georgescu in 1958.
More recently, the home was bought by the real estate developer Tim Braseth of Willow Glen Partners in 2007, and has undergone a contemporary renovation by the restoration architects at Design Plus Construction.

Perfection. The earth tones, the richness — there is a sense of expansion, and yet it retains essential elements of the original design, of a comfortable and, more significantly, warm environment. D+ did an A+ job.
