So much for that. This renovation has got to be the most amazing redo of a home I have ever seen. The reflective surface materials combined with all the glass truly do make you feel like you are outside. The floating staircase is brilliant and the dark woods ground the space and honestly look like a tree trunk to me which truly does give the house roots. This house was on the modern home tour 2009 and I told myself I was going to like it, but not love it. So much for that.
