I’ve always liked PB’s work. It’s clean, simple, efficient and stylish. This series of townhomes definitely has more polish than some of their past efforts and is much more sophisticated as well. For the money these are definitely some great townhomes. I love the fireplace in the bedroom and the more upscale bathroom as well.

I think this is some of their better work.

These look great, and I love that the are using more ‘normal’ looking furniture in these photos. It really gives the impression that this is a real home; I would live there in a heartbeat.

I know! I worked at PB until I showed up and the doors were locked. I heard the developers worked with an architect within PB (on the side) to ‘correct’ all the errors in the original plans PB had submitted and actually had to create details to complete construction because there were none! These guys are soooo talented. I want one!

These places are incredible! Contempoary sophistication at it’s finest. Good value for the location and finish too.
