While he is not following the same set of rules Kogan is the Palladio of our times. His sense of order, balance and proportions is unsurpassed.

muita construção pra pouco terreno
desproporcional
a arquitetura é a mesma das outras casas
parece arquiteto de uma obra só
pra isso, ñ precisa de equipe
aff… parece o Romário, q dizia q ñ precisava treinar
