Part of it looks like an Ikea showroom. The rest looks like one would have to live in a series of corridors. I don’t like it.

Too much happening. it’s so distracting…the orange tiling at the entrance and the courtyard is an eyesore…Nice floor plan. horrible decisions made in materials and finishes.

I agree with LFD. I never comment but this is a unique situation. The knotty pine works because it diffuses the overabundance of color.

over designed and the finishes, including the pine, are cheap. less design and higher quality might lead to a better result.

Great house but I agree about the wood paneling and the taste of this home owner is very gaudy. That said I love the base design which is kind of hard to see through all the over blown use of Orange.

I hate the knotty pine, it’s terrible. Not a fan of painting wood panelling, but this one I’d paint. I also find the style of the kitchen sink inappropriate and the overall decor too colorful in a sort of childish way.

But I love the intimicy of courtyard homes and I like this one in general. The entrance screen is cool.

And there is too much “red” and primary going on. The curb appeal is phenomenal and the private quarters are great. It’s the common areas that are literally a nightmare.

Knotty Pine: the worst wood paneling ever sold. I was surprised to see it used so blatently. It was usually confined to closets and do-it-yourself basement finishing. Why does every Contemporist house have horizontal wood slats?

This house would be really great if it wasn’t for the wood with knots/spots on it. That just drives me crazy. Messes up everything, in my opinion.
