Lovely, but impractical as an office: Having a bright background behind your PC monitor (IE: clear glass windows with awesome view) is very bad for your eyes. They're all going to have to turn around and face their backs to the sun... which is ironic I guess.

I agree it was a good idea to keep the structure open. especially since it's a wooded area and a closed of (read Dark, Warm) base would just be to inviting for a lot of critters.

I also prefer that the foundation and other systems are exposed. That is not "of nature" and I doubt it's possible to join it to the ground. better to let it float, respectfully. Exciting building.

Absolutely wonderful, I wish I would work in such an environment. My only concerns are working at the computers when the sun is low and maybe getting big bugs when you work late nights!

While materials are of import to the quality of any design, the accessibility of light to each and to all of the firms physical drafting stations -- presuming of course the sun circle focus and merely-elsewhere storage -- offers both an opportunity to utilize reflectivity and an open-design structure.

I like the structure exposed too. Actually, I really enjoy seeing all of a building's system "exposed" - as long as the trades did a nice, neat install. What a fantastic work environment.

It's so smart for architectural firms to reside in offices that they've designed - a living example/advertisement of the firm's work. The last firm I worked for had ... without question, the most repulsive office space I've seen [within reason], if I had been a client, I would have looked elsewhere. 9000 sf on top of a parking garage - jeeze.

I'm sure the structure is visible on purpose because that is what the architects wanted. Many people enjoy the honesty of exposing the structure of a building.

I like it exposed.

Very nice, but complete it by fixing some Wood Design on the building Base, hide the base structure and to match with the enviroment ground, as the structure already appear on the rest of the Studio.
