I love good design anywhere, and this certainly makes amazing use of the available & difficult space… However, being rather pragmatic, I’d like to see where you store the trash cans & know whether it has self-clean windows? I certainly love all the balconies which brake up the facade and the cool garden to rear… Thanks for sharing

I have to say, this is one of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever seen. It probably has a bit more space than I would need for a bachelor pad, but the aesthetics of it and the design are wonderful. Of course, I have to inquire: What’s the price tag for a piece of real estate like this?

Live about a block away and walk by it on my way to Glen Park. Have always loved the bench (shown) and thought of this as a generous gift to the passerby. It does not surprise me to see that this spirit continues w/in.

This architect is great, the company I work for deals with architects all the time and this architect has done some great designing in both commercial and residential. What a beautiful home this is.
Living large is an understatement.
