I am actually natural from that area, but living in the UK and studying another degree , I havent got much money to make my own offices building so, perhaps I might set my company’s HQ there .building is not so high as I expected, but higher than many others arround. I like this NON PLUS ULTRA (Nothing further; the uttermost point; perfection.) as it remind of what romans used to say about the “natural” Hercules Towers: Gibraltar Rock and The Mount Hacho, a marvellous development and perhaps the 21st century’s symbol for local residents, well done!

I think this was built for a specific company to occupy, so they probably don’t have to worry about renting it out.

THIS is interesting , but a SYDNEY , AUSTRALIA building with a MESH exterior failed to attract “office renters” as it obscured the views. I suppose it may happen here too.

THE ” WHITE MESH ” could be clad in flowering plants, and that would have more appeal for me tollok at, but maybe harder to maintain than a plain white wall ?

The execution is magnificent. The concept is a bit overstated i think. For a moment i tought that the letters were actually a pattern generated by some sort of algorithm. Any how, it is a beautiful building
