update guys....I called the showroom this morning and suprise surpise no one had a clue (actually it seems they were not even familiar with this marketing tool).
Anyway, a kitchen at 4m2 would start from £15,000. This approximation would only incorperate Neff appliances......

Anyhow - would hate to think how much the above project cost. I guess on a budget does not equate to budget in the world of Poliform

80m2 is massive.....or at least it is for any of the international cities I'm familiar with! But maybe this apartment was designed in Zog. Does Poliform have a branch in Zog?

Anyhow, will echo the familiar cry - WHAT WAS THE BUDGET?

Overall I'm indifferent to this project until I know what the budget was. Would be impressed if it was £5k but not surprised if it was £25k (and therefore a bit of a joke!)

I like the kitchen.... would work well in my miniscule 35m2 flat - which incidentally is enough for me an my partner (but not a cat!).

Great idea, and I am in love with the floorplan. I thinka I would incorporate more personality into the furniture, decorations etc.

It's chic and unique but you havent created a comfortable space. Everything is too manufactured and clean and lacks character. Though some natural light is necessary in a living space, too much of it creates a feeling of exposure and anxiety. When too much natural light is combined with all those light colors it feels unsettling. A home is meant to be a sanctuary, not an art gallery.

I live in less than 300 sq feet with another person. 80m squared is miles compared to that! If I had that much space, floor to ceiling windows and almost infinitely high ceilings, I am sure my place would also have a nice open calm feeling. As it is, it has taken creativity and ingenuity to make the space work for us. Unfortunately, there is nothing pictured here that would be helpful to us, since even the shelving and the rugs looks like they would be far out of our price range. Most of our furniture we found on the street... I would like to see that featured!

I visit some time, but never commented. 'm Commenting for the first time today. I love this site!

My house is only 45m² and you can live very well in a small space and organized. (:

Lovely! Not. This is too 'clean' and too 'perfect' to actually be comfortable or livable. It is contrived looking, sterile. And I'm surprised no one mentioned it, there doesn't appear to be a lavatory, unless it is in the kitchen, or upstairs in the closet. Two other points, the reason no pictures from the outside?, it isn't actually built anywhere. This is a 'floor model' set up in a warehouse. Notice the studio lighting, and fake plants outside the windows. And, since when is 80 sq meters considered "small". I currently live in a two-bedroom single family house of about 56 sq meters (600 sq ft), and it is QUITE comfortable and livable. No high-end designer needed.

This is really well planned out. BUT! This works due to the height of the ceiling and most cost effective living spaces have LOW ceilings which takes away the airiness and open concept described in these photos.

Its one of the most efficient designs I have come across. A very clean, neat and absolute design. Very inspiring. cost is not the factor when u r just building it on 80 sq.m. where else would u spend other thn interiors. I am very impressed even with the circulation, its just a super exuberant space.

Agreed on the cost of the pieces, but it's easily translated using some "higher end" ikea pieces and a few from bova, etc. But even then it's not an inexpensive place to churn out design wise.
