Is this a recent design/build? It honestly looks like something from the heyday of Miami Vice. The finishes look “dated”.

É um projeto bem interessante, acabei de obter informações no site do arquiteto. Um detalhe que eu poderia ressaltar é a forma como ele usa o concreto na composição da escada e do hack.
