A new pavilion in British Land’s Regent’s Place development opens this week. Designed by Carmody Groarke, the Regent’s Place Pavilion was the result of a competition run by The Architecture Foundation in 2007.

Canadian glass artist and designer Brad Turner, has created a series of glass toothbrush holders.
Brad says:
Although your toothbrush may be a disposable piece of plastic, it is one of the most personal objects you own – maybe it needs a nicer home. Reflecting the form of the gooey paste that adorns our brushes, each holder is hand made from flowing hot glass and are available in a variety of colors.

EASTERN Design Office designed the Villa Saitan apartment building in Kyoto, Japan.

London based designer, Nina Tolstrup of Studiomama, has created the Reveal cabinet.
The Reveal cabinet is a piece made from recycled floorboards, the simple form of the exterior contrast with the rough character of the the planks from which it is made. There are cut outs that allows for storage and display. When opened the cabinet reveals a set of different size and proportion boxes. Both the boxes and the negative space between them can be used for storage.

Polish designers Agata Kulik and Pawel Pomorski of MALAFOR, recently exhibited their new Blow Sofa at the 2010 IMM Cologne show in Germany.
The Blow Sofa is made from 100% recycled paper dunnage bags, which can be inflated and held in place with a metal rack and rubber straps to make a temporary easy to transport sofa.

123DV Architecture have completed the Villa Dali near The Hague in The Netherlands.
