Tsunami Glassworks, a Canadian glass blowing studio, has created the Hypervoxel Chandelier.
Hypervoxel is a free blown glass sculptural chandelier available in custom colors and sizes. The organic forms mimic weightless liquid floating in space. Versatile in configuration the Hypervoxel shows well in small or large groupings.

If the base was white to match the ceiling the glass globes would stand out more. I think it detracts from the shapes of the globes.
