Hey! Someone else is on the same page I have been on for twenty years!

My restaurant designs have taken this acoustic stuff seriously whenever I have a educable or listening client. They may not have been as wildly fanciful as this but they are definitely distinctive in acoustic quality of actually hearing your table companions, not hearing someone several tables away.
