The Boa Shelf by Tuyo Design Studio
At Salone del Mobile 2010 in Milan, we met Pål Jacobsen and Margarita Garcia of the Norway-based Tuyo Design Studio, who were exhibiting the Boa Shelf, which is made from wood and felt.
Description from the designers:
Exploring alternative ways to organize your objects by utilizing both traditional wooden shelf structure and the much more flexible wool felt. While the shelf works perfectly well as a single piece it also offers the possibility to connect a series of pieces together to create an extensive shelf system. The felt also creates the locking mechanism between the wooden shelf and the mounting bracket.

Why the irony on your comment “triky P”?
For sure there is just people that can´t appreciate somebody else work, or just lack vision…
anyways I´m pretty sure your “EMPTY BOTTLES” would look absolutely gorgeous in this extraordinary shelf!
I think this would make a perfect storage for some books, magazines or WINE BOTTLES. An stylish way to display your liqueur at home… or even in a design bar!!
Love IT!! Congrats

Nice find. These guys do some really cool work. I like the way they mixed a traditionally solid and static item with a more organic element.
