Cool. Nice use of light, space, and materials. The roof deck is an added plus. Not your typical 4plex.

The scale of the window openings and the horizontal wooden framing at the corners is fine gesture at both, inside and outside the house.
The external pannel composition is well resolved and the introduction of a color (red) breaks succesfully the monotony of wood.
The selection of plants to do with gardening is well thought and solved.
On the other hand the binary color of the staircase I do not think is neccessary. I am not sure about the use of wenge color for the furniture in the kitchen and also the selection of tiles in the various bathrooms. These kind of choices are more of a fashion and commercial trends than permanent Architecture, in context with the project itself. It seems to me that it was the choice of the owners and not the choice of the designer. But apart from these ephimeral tendencies, the project is brilliant.
Thanks!

I love the urban garden space. Complete with rain barrels, it appears? Everybody needs a little patch of earth to dig in.

Feels too much like prefab type of construction. Like the bathroom and kitchen layouts. Rest of the rooms seems very boxy and generic
