The architecture is beautiful.
The interior is too rough for my taste though.

Why ZEBRA (only not in style thing)???

I agree with Poseidon; there are some really great moments in this project. I don’t care too much for the road-kill zebra, however.

This architecture is great, it really has a good feel to it! Can they really get by with not having any sort of railing on that staircase? Does that pass code?

This is amazing!

felicitaciones BAK architects… me gusto mucho la casa, creo haber visto otra obra de ustedes en una revista…

No gutters?

Spatially complex and beautiful but ruined by the ugly furniture and fittings

it is well achieved. The concrete volumes dodging the trees… The unfair balance of the concrete and wood… Simple and very efficient constructive details (ofcourse, its concrete)… The unplastered walls they are really nice, but, isnt better protect the exterior?!
I’d love to see pictrs of it maybe 6 months later, cause the nature stil didnt assumed the building, was it the first day after works!

This could very well be my dream house — BUT I would polish it up…paint it mainly in white with a splash of color here and there…hang some modern art and put a sculpture or two…add some modern furnitures and light fixtures… daym!
But as it is, it looks like a rental house desperately needing personalization.

Am I reading these stairs correctly? It looks like the stairs go up to a solid wall… they don’t lead anywhere.

No Lisa, once you get on top you turn left.

I love how there always has to be at least one comment about the stairs in places like this. Surprisingly in some countries people manage to walk up and down stairs without ever once falling off them

i love the architecture, i think it would be very nice to spend sometimes there during holiday with no glam or glitter everywhere. for me, the house is just perfect.

Love the way nature almost flows into the house..It definitely needs a bit of color in the interiors, but all in all a great piece of architecture! I particularly like the way windows & openings have been planned.
