I thoroughly enjoy this house. It is a very nice example of timeless contemporary urban design. I might have to agree with a few criticisms of the house – the wood floor and ceiling – although it does make the walls seem to simply float between the two planes. I do really like the way they handled the master bath layout though.

That said – my car, with its extremely low ground clearance, would NEVER make it into that driveway, much less the garage, without getting high centered.

I agree mostly with DJs. A little too much wood and not enough variation for my taste. But I still love the exterior of the house; here in San Francisco we need more contemporary houses and less Victorian!

I agree with all the comments above–great house, great design inside and out. Perfect size.

THe only thing I don’t like is that the living and dining spaces are on the floor above. It just seems a little bizarre to walk in and see bedrooms. Bad for entertaining.

What type of counter tops are these i am looking to use them to renovate my house. Are they really as thick as they seem or does it wrap a substrate?

These San Francisco houses really have spectacular views. Its a nice house on a tight lot. One little criticism – wood on the floor or wood on the ceiling, but wood on both with different wood on the cabinets seems a little much. but thats nitpicking

This house is a good example of contemporary architecture in San Francisco.
