Gaeta Springall Architects designed the 4 Casas (4 houses) project in Mexico City, Mexico.
The project involves two towers that each contain two houses that have been built on the side
of a steep ravine.

Interesting project. Simple and clear. Just hope that there are no earthquakes, despite the iron construction!

Fascinating. But looks like it cost 40 frazillion dollars to build at that site.
Btw, why on earth wouldn’t they glaze those side walls??!! That “green view” looks like it’d be amazing.

Irresponsible architecture.
Given Mexico’s history with landslides I can’t imagine anyone feeling comfortable living in this.
Imagine how hard it will be to sell these coming off the back of the most recent landslides that occurred in September…

You seriously think all the parties involved do not understand what they have undertaken…that these houses will be sliding off the hillside during the next shower? Give them just a little more credit, please.
