It’s funny, really. I kept looking at all the pictures, trying not to get distracted by that breathtaking view, so what’s left? I felt those villas are pretty average, with a few nice details and a few others that I thought might not be too special. But then again, overall, there is really something special here, some subtle feel good factor. Doesn’t make me say ‘wow’, but yes, I’d like it. Wouldn’t mind moving in…

Love the polished concrete. Thinking of same for my contemporary home but I’m afraid of the cracks that will develop.
