How come there is a chair in the pool?

I believe I see a ghost in photo #13. Best kitchen I have seen in a long time. Te simplicity and practicality of this house is great, very straight forward and honest, not fooling around with anything cute or trendy.

rectangles, slots, cantilevered overhang, top-heavy, minimal etc etc etc etc etc etc.
induces a sense of peering through mental shutters. terribly spritually constrictive, this cliche. long overdue for an overhaul aesthetic.

Beautiful house….love the simplicity of its design/execution.
Also appreciate the unexpected “surprises” with the photography. I love how that draws you into the photo even more!

don’t like the bed shoved into tight nook, love the pics. Rather institutional but great anyway

I agreee with de Lavalette on the bed nook critique. Apart from that – awesome. I am very happy with the overall layout and the intelligent use of overhead windows for lighting. Also I love the materials used and the no-nonsense purity approach. Very German, very thoughtful. Great!

Over-sized sterile spaces, ideal setting for a clinic or a research lab!
