It doesn’t look like much on initial inspection, but its simplicity and the way it captures the landscape is exceptional

I don’t think the gray window panels are great. There are other solutions that will not totally block the light and still conserve the temperature inside the house. But the house looks terrific with those panels thrown open. It breaks the monotony of concrete.

I love it. Simple, rational, stripped of all non-essentials. A house I would prefer to live
regardless of price.

This is sparse but wonderfully simple and is genius level in it’s sighting and the simple ability to moderate the environment. Simple ideas executed in a simple manner with clean detailing. Perfect place for 2 or 2+1

Nice and minimal…wonder how much it costs to build something like this in the US?

I also really enjoy the slimplicity of this house, the downlights bother me a little and I wish the landscape had been welcomed right up to the house, with perhaps only a small patch of lawn, but otherwise, beautiful!

Spare and well thought out, if not too bunker like in the bedrooms, but easily adapted. The pool should provide good passive cooling.

Looks like the setting for a dystopian post-apocalyptic movie. Either that or a repurposed WWII pillbox. This is the kind of stuff that architects love and the general public has little use for.

Lawns like that are the antithesis of green design.

This is perfect. Simple, minimal, and a great mix of inside & out.

The home is a rather livable minimalist execution. I think I would have preferred the landscape to come up to the house. The lawn causes a visual break and doesn’t seem to fit much. I hope that cook top is induction, personal preference.

This is amazing I love concrete and how you can make such a hard cold material look inviting is good design/
