When a house is not enough – build a hotel.

Very plain. When you take no risks, you reap no rewards. This house is proof of that concept.

No no no! Simply too much, simply another vulgar display of wealth from South African clients (what’s wrong with these guys?). The location is superb and potentially this house could have been nicer if only it was simpler, less busy, and smaller. @ loft: nicely put.

Apparently the house is too plain…no no…it’s too much…no too plain…no too busy!
As usual, the internet is filled with comments that aren’t worth reading.

I like the house.
Yes, she may be a little large but I’d say she has good bones and a great personality.

Honestly, I thought it would be a hotel… just large and really nothing special.

This place looks great, like the bright, clean feel of the rooms too.

I love South Africans as I am one but hate this house. In SA we have this thing if you have money you build big not stylish. No one pushes the architectural boudries here. I would rather have 5 small houses that is unique than one or two huge displays of wealth.
So agreed with above

BFD. Looking at the last photo, it’s a sprawling mess. There aren’t enough interior photos (a big warning sign right off) or a plan provided that can argue for its architectural merit.
