Very nice architecture although the interiors are a bit cold and clinical, but may be the occupants enjoy this kind of enviornment. I love the composition and balance of forms.

I like that the landscaping appears to acknowledge that they live in a desert region. It is hard to form an opinion on the house because the interior shots seem to highlight the furniture choices more than the actual house.

A very striking design, I’m wondering if the free-standing wall is functional, ie. shielding something/sun control or just a decorative element.

It is stunning.
Well I’m wondering about the same thing as Scott. It would be good to know if the free-standing wall has a function but than if not I like the idea that it is just built to complete the design. It is than like a jewel for a beautiful and as far as the images can show functional design.

Actually, the wall element is quite common in houses in Jordan. Its, probably decorative and I suspect very functional as a wind block. When you live on a desert plateaux ranging from about 600 to 1100 meters above sea level it gets windy. Very windy.
