Outdoor TVs: worst trend ever. But I do like the door in the last photo.

Beautiful, then again, I’ve always have loved Koenig’s Stahl house.

This is a very nice location, spectacular views and pool.It is a nice house with great details in the doors and outdoor space. I am confused about the extremely low location of the Gaggenau oven on the back wall.
Loved the outdoor furniture, I would love to know what line that is?

I believe this is the place Matthew Perry bought last year:

I thought it was built in the 50s.

How much more artifical can this get? Or maybe the green color compensates for the lack of nature. Sure the view is spectacular and sure this kind of houses are something to drool over but still…

The house seems well layed out with exceptional connection to the exterior and the obviously fantastic view. Nice lines as well. Floor plans would be nice to see. The purple and lime patio furniture are a huge mistake, but the owners can always swap it out when they get sick of it. Not so easy for the island however.

@Latedrop: I for one would keep those purple and lime furniture and get rid of everything else, except maybe for the red chair in the study.

agreed, keep the purple & lime outdoor pieces. Everything else, gone…red chair, gone.

Well, they say if you have nothing nice to say… I don’t know, this place has a few well executed details in the interior as well as the exterior, however, it jumps out to me to be a little trendy and “checklist” modern. Just a right amount of the basic elements present to qualify it as modern/contemporary, but too many poor decisions sifted in. That giant flower sculpture has to go.
